Return Refund Policy

At Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing and packaging solutions that meet or exceed your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow the policy outlined below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Custom Orders – No Returns

Most of our products are custom-made based on client specifications (e.g., design, size, material). As such:

  • We do not accept returns on custom printed or packaged items once production has begun or the order has been delivered.

  • Please ensure all artwork, proofs, and specifications are reviewed and approved before confirming your order.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: Orders can be canceled for a full or partial refund if production has not yet started. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

  • After Production Begins: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds, as materials and labor are already committed.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will:

    • Offer a reprint at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a partial/full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the defect.

4. Incorrect Orders

If we made an error in printing, packaging, quantity, or specifications that differs from your approved proof:

  • We will take full responsibility and offer a reprint or refund at no cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
