At Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable service. The following Payment Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding payments for printing and packaging services.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Rocket, Bangla QR or Mobile Wallets (if applicable)

  • Cash (for in-person orders, where permitted)

  • Online Payment Gateways (Pay station).

2. Payment Terms

  • For New Clients: Full payment in advance or a 50% advance with the remaining 50% due before dispatch or delivery.

  • For Regular Clients: Net 7, 15, or 30 days (as agreed in the service contract or invoice).

  • Custom or Large Orders: May require 50%–70% advance, depending on project size and material requirements.

3. Late Payments

  • A late fee of 15% per month may apply to overdue invoices.

  • We reserve the right to withhold services or suspend ongoing work until outstanding payments are cleared.

4. Taxes and Charges

  • All prices quoted are exclusive/inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST/VAT), as clearly stated in the invoice.

  • Any additional government levies or duties will be borne by the client.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Once production begins, cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Standard Orders: May be eligible for refunds only if canceled before printing/packaging starts.

  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Disputed Payments

  • If you believe a payment has been made in error or there is a discrepancy, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the invoice at info@rayatprinting.com.bd

  • We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
